The video work is a playful take on the myth of Pheidippides and his run from Marathon to Athens. In the myth Pheidippides delivered the message of ancient Greeks win over the Persian army. Key to the work was to memorize the route from start to finish, to then click through the streets while at the same time filming the own foot moving to the rythm of the clicking. The left foot was live filmed in 2021 and the right foot was added later in 2023.
