In Future Perceptions         >2025< 
The five GIFs are about existence through visuality, about the screen as a hypervisual machine in which past, present and future accumulate. There are two transparent layers, a rear layer creating noise through glitch and a front layer with text, dates and references to paintings with the theme of the Picnic in the Park, like Manet famously painted in 1863. The tension between these layers is the tension we experience in our will to bring sense, structure and orientation to our visual field.
